Terms of service

These terms govern use of MarginMind, provided by AD Lab Development. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and Shopify's applicable platform terms.

Service

MarginMind analyzes orders, products, discounts, and inventory alongside cost assumptions you provide to estimate contribution profit and suggest margin improvements. You are responsible for the accuracy of cost inputs and for business decisions you make from the app's charts, rankings, and recommendations.

Billing

Paid plans, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are administered through Shopify App Pricing. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice and are subject to the plan terms shown by Shopify when you approve them.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to bypass access controls or plan limits, interfere with the service, or submit data you do not have the right to process.

Availability and changes

We may improve or modify the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we will maintain the app in accordance with applicable Shopify App Store requirements.

Disclaimer and liability

Profit figures, impact estimates, and recommendations are informational and depend on your data completeness and assumptions. They are not accounting, tax, or legal advice and are not guarantees of future results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the preceding three months.

Termination

You may stop using the service by uninstalling it. We may suspend misuse or terminate the service where required by law or Shopify policy. Shop-scoped data is deleted according to our privacy policy.
