Before contacting support

• Include your myshopify.com store domain.
• Describe the page and action that failed (for example Overview, Settings, or Plan).
• Do not send access tokens, passwords, customer data, or payment information.

Billing and uninstall

View or change a plan from the app's Plan page, which opens Shopify's hosted App Pricing page. Uninstall the app from Shopify Admin to stop future use; Shopify manages billing cancellation behavior and the app deletes shop-scoped data per our privacy policy.
